Revenue Development Analysis (RDA)
Holistically examines sales and marketing practices. Identifies new potential sources of revenue, uncovers methods to increase revenues/sale, enhances close ratios, improves lead quality, increases client retention factors, collateral use, product positioning, competitive analysis, etc.

Productivity and Process Analysis (PPA)
Business process oriented. Examines the entire sales process from lead source development to post close support. Primarily designed to optimize your sales professionals’ time, maximize sales output/rep and decrease overall cost/sale.

Sales Technology Integration Analysis (STIA)
This holistic analysis serves one of two functions: 1) Assesses feasibility and/ or benefits of implementing an e-business strategy into one or more departments or 2) assesses your existing e-business infrastructure.

Places emphasis on revenue generation, customer retention and productivity measures. Identifies revenue loss gaps, data mismanagement, cost savings measures, revenue optimization enhancements, customer service improvements, interdepartmental streamlining, e-revenue improvements and more.

Sales Technologies keeps the decision-making process simple through our project-based, flat rate fee plan. Fees exclude travel related costs, however, these expenses are discussed and agreed upon prior to any agreement.
